At Breakout, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in your original shipment.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
